Melissa Sanjeh is dedicated to transforming education so every learner can succeed. As Senior Director of Professional Learning and Implementation at CAST, she leads the team that empowers educators, leaders, and coaches to apply the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Framework to build inclusive and equitable learning environments. Melissa brings a strong background as a teacher, licensed social worker, school leader, and school designer as well as experience directing and leading large-scale professional development initiatives that build educator capacity.
