Katie Bevan is a Senior Research Associate at CAST, where she works on both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. She has experience collecting and synthesizing multiple types of data, using methods including surveys, assessments, user data, observations, focus groups, interviews, cognitive labs, and journey maps. She helps design learning experiences through co-design and continuous feedback processes.
