CASAS GOALS Tools for Teachers is for Adult Basic/Secondary Education (ABE/ASE) instructors whose students take CASAS Reading 2 GOALS and/or Math GOALS 2 assessments. Training is conducted by the Illinois Adult Education Professional Development Network (PDN).

CASAS GOALS Tools for Teachers Training will take place virtually. Friday, October 2, 2026, 1:00pm - 3:00pm CST

Training Goal: Instructors will use the CASAS GOALS blueprints and CASAS GOALS test reports to plan effective, standards-based instruction and maximize learner outcomes. Both the Reading GOALS 2and Math GOALS 2 will be addressed in this training.

Cost to attend: None

A total of 2 hours of professional development will be provided to participants who complete this training. Participation is open to individuals employed by adult education programs funded by the Illinois Community College Board-Adult Education & Literacy
