The Administrator VLC happens every third Wednesday of the month from 2:00pm - 3:00pm. This is a time for administrators of ICCB funded programs to learn and network with each other and professionals in the field.

Aug. 5 - This one-hour session equips administrators with practical tools and strategies to set students up for success from day one. We'll share a checklist of intake and registration best practices, explore Burlington English orientation resources, and hear from iPathways on student orientation approaches. The heart of the session is a facilitated discussion where administrators reflect on what they're already doing well and how to apply best practices within their program's unique context. We'll close by teasing persistence and retention as the next frontier and inviting program teachers to join the follow-up teacher-focused persistence VLC.
