Easily-accessible AI tools perform many valuable functions in our daily lives, and our students should also benefit from what AI can offer. However, many adult educators are concerned that students will turn to AI to complete assignments for them. This course will guide instructors in rethinking assignments and assessments to AI-proof them, while at the same time helping students gain proficiency in using AI technology ethically and responsibly.

This course consists of 4 parts to be accessed in iLEARN and via Zoom:

• Pre-Assignment: January 16-28
• Live Webshop: January 30
• Assignment: Due February 15
• Peer Reviews: Due March 1
