Dawn has been an educator for 23 years. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and a M.S. in Education and Reading from Western Illinois University. She is currently the Executive Director for the Central Illinois Adult Education Service Center. Dawn has held this position for more than 13 years. She has also taught ABE/ASE classes at a local community college for two and a half years. Dawn has presented at regional, state and national conferences on various topics related to adult education.
